The LCS2 (Lid/Clip Super System) is designed to mitigate movement of die within a waffle pack. The lid is lined with static dissipative foam and Tyvek and the clip uniformly compresses the tray and lid together to overcome tray warpage that can lead to die migration. Components are static dissipative gold plastic.

VP-24 Vacuum Base

The VP-24 Vacuum Base is compatible with both the 2" and the 4" Gel-Pak® VR boxes. It can be used with any suitable vacuum source (Gel-Pak® PortaVac, PELCO®Vacuum Pick Up Pump #520, or similar). It has a barbed fitting for 1/8" I.D. hose.

VRS-24 Vacuum Release Station

The VRS-24 Vacuum Release Station is compatible with 2" and the 4" Gel-Pak® VR Boxes and Trays to put them in release mode.

It features an on/off valve and tubing to connect to a VP24 Base and be used with a continuous vacuum system.

It can be used with any suitable vacuum source (Gel-Pak® PortaVac, PELCO®Vacuum Pick Up Pump #520, or similar). It has a barbed fitting for 1/8" I.D. hose.

VR Device Handling Kit

The VR Device Handling Kit features a VHP-24 Vacuum Hand Pump, VHP-24 Plate and a Pen-Vac®. It is for placing 2 and 4" VR Boxes and Trays into release mode.

It is intended for low volume and R&D.

Gel-Pak® PortaVac

GEL-PAK-PORTAVAC

A handheld, portable, battery powered vacuum source suitable for use with the vacuum release trays and boxes. It comes with a 16" hose, 2" vacuum base (can be used to release 2 x 2" VR Conductive Gel-Pak®), and 3-way valve.

Gel-Pak® Cleantape

Intended for cleaning Gel-Pak® boxes and trays for reuse. Over time contamination can degrade the tackiness of the gel and limit its lifetime. In environments where cleanliness is paramount it may be difficult to remove debris from the gel, but Cleantape is formulated so that it is tackier than the gel and can easily remove debris or other contamination from the gel surface enabling reuse.

The tapes are 0.75" or 1.75" wide and 250' long with 1.5mil of adhesive on a 2.0mil clear polyester carrier.

PELCO® Vacuum Pick-Up System with Pump

Anodized Aluminum Body ESD Safe Pen-Vac™ Vacuum Pick-Up Tool with 6 ESD Safe Probes and Cups

Cups can be mounted directly to the tool

Brushed aluminum and clear anodized body; vacuum is generated by pressing and releasing the vacuum push bar. The sets include 6 probes and cups, two of each size cup (for cup diameters see ordering information), on one bent and one straight probe. The Buna-N cups are static dissipative and non-marking with a temperature range of -20°C to +120°C (-4° to +248°F). The cups also can be mounted directly to the tool. Recommended temperature operating range: +20 to +40° C (+68 to +104° F).

ESD Safe Pen-Vac™ and cups avoid problems with static electricity and make picking up small parts easier.

Comes with 6 vacuum probes that are 1/2" long (not counting base connector); three angled and three straight. Buna-N cups are two each of 3.2, 6.4 and 9.5mm (1/8", 1/4", 3/8"). Equivalent to GP-VPV.
