EBSD pre-tilt holder including TEM/FIB Grid Holder that can be positioned at 70° or 20°. Pre-Tilt holder is machined from aluminum with pin 7.9mm (5/16") long and standard 3.2mm (1/8") diameter. Grid holder is made of machined aluminum with clip made of a phosphor bronze alloy and brass screw. Allen set screw is M3 x 3mm made of stainless steel. Allen wrench included.

TEM or FIB lift-out grid holder on pin for transmission EBSD. Length of overall holder is 22.1mm (0.87") and 4.6mm (0.18") in width. Pin is 3.2mm (0.12") diameter and 7.9mm (0.31") in length, with flat. Holder is made of machined aluminum, the clip is made of a phosphor bronze alloy, and the screw is brass.

Replacement TEM/FIB Grid Clips and Screws

Replacement clips and screws for t-EBSD holders. Clips are made of a phosphor bronze alloy. Thickness of clip is 0.254 mm (0.010"), overall length is 10.77mm (0.424"), and width is 3.99mm (0.157"). Replacement M2 screws are made of brass and are 3mm in length.
