Specimen Mounts for DEBEN Coolstage

Two types of specimen mounts for the widely used DEBEN Coolstage for Low Vacuum and Natural SEMs from JEOL, Hitachi, ZEISS, FEI and CamScan. Compatible with all Mk2.5 and Mk. 3 DEBEN Coolstages. Made from vacuum grade aluminum with excellent thermal conductivity. Overall dimensions are Ø9.9 x 5mm. Version A – sample mount with flat surface and Version B – sample mount with dish type surface to contain liquids.
