For removal of air bubbles from the epoxy resin mixture, providing enhanced bonding and embedding quality. The PELCO® "Air-Out" Vacuum system comprises the 2246-1 large, clear Polycarbonate Desiccator; the 3436 or 3436-220 oil-free Diaphragm Pump and 4 ft. Silicone Vacuum Hose. The large, clear desiccator allows for monitoring the air from the embedding epoxy. The large 9" plate provides room for a large number of samples for simultaneous out gassing.
