There is a wide selection of original Omniprobe probe tips available for the different generations of Omniprobe AutoProbe™ systems:


Tip with Ni Shank for AutoProbe™ 100 & 200

Custom probe tip design for the AutoProbe™ 100 & 200 systems. Nickel tube shank with a diameter of 0.508mm (0.020") and a tungsten tip with a diameter of 76µm (0.003"). Tip radius is 0.5µm with a 13° taper angle for maximum lifetime. Nickel shank ~33.25mm (1.31") long. Tungsten tip ~35.5mm (1.40") with the tungsten whisker starting at 2.3mm (0.090") from the tip.

 

Standard W Probe Tips for AutoProbe™ 100 & 200

Custom probe tips for the AutoProbe™ 100 and 200 systems. All Tungsten design with a tip radius of 0.5µm and a 10-13° taper angle for maximum life time. Shank diameter is 0.508mm (0.020").

 

Narrow W Probe Tips for AutoProbe™ 100 & 200

Custom narrow probe tips for the AutoProbe™ 100 and 200 systems. All Tungsten design with a sharper tip radius of <0.5µm and a 8-10° taper angle. Shank diameter is 0.508mm (0.020").

 

Probe Tips for in situ Tip Exchange for AutoProbe™ 300 & 400

Custom probe tips for the AutoProbe™ 300 system for in situ probe tip exchange systems. Tungsten tip with stainless steel shank, tip radius is 0.5µm with an 8-10° taper angle.

 

Keyed Probe Tips for the AutoProbe™ 300 & 400

Custom keyed probe tips with a flat on the collar for secure positioning in the Omniprobe AutoProbe™ 300/400 probe tip holder. Tungsten tip with stainless steel shank, flat on collar, tip radius is 0.5µm with an 8-10° taper angle.

 

AutoProbe™ 300 & 400 Probe Tips for the FEI Helios Front Port

Custom probe tips for the Omniprobe AutoProbe™ 300/400 systems with a reduced collar diameter to accomodate the 50 elevation angle on the FEI Helios front port systems. Tungsten tip with stainless steel shank, smaller collar, tip radius is 0.5µm with an 8-10° taper angle.

Tips for AutoProbe™ 250 & 200 Equipped with Short-Cut-Box

Custom probe tips for the AutoProbe™ 250 & 200 systems. Compatible with short-cut. All-tungsten design with a 0.508mm (0.020") shank diameter. The tip radius better than 0.5µm with a taper of 6° taper angle for greater precision.
